Why not tailor your team-building day to the space that suits you best? For smaller groups, the Kirkmichael offers an intimate and welcoming setting-ideal for workshops, breakout activities, or problem-solving challenges. If you’d prefer a bright and airy space with access to the outdoors, the Balcony is a great choice for up to 50 participants. And for those larger-scale events that need plenty of room for group challenges, staging, and breakout areas, the Britannia or Imperial Suite provide the perfect backdrop, with capacity for up to 1,000 guests.
In addition to our indoor spaces, we also have large outdoor areas which are perfect for team-building activities such as obstacle courses, sports day challenges, inflatables, or even motorised events. You can explore these outdoor options here.
Our commitment to you
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you will receive an email from your dedicated event planner, who will support and work with you in the run up to your event to ensure that all the necessary arrangements and details are in place.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.

We have the facilities and our very dedicated team available to transport your equipment from the car park to the indoor or outdoor space you have chosen to host your event. Our rooms are built for various capacities so we’re sure to have the right size area for you and your team.
