Where is the NCC located?
The NCC is conveniently situated just off Junction 6 of the M42, only a 5-minute taxi ride from Birmingham International train station and airport. It’s an incredibly central, easy-to-reach location for all attendees.

What is the maximum capacity for a workshop?
Our room sizes range dramatically. We have intimate boardrooms for 14 delegates (The Wardroom) up to our vast Britannia Suite, which can host up to 750 people in a classroom setup or 1400 theatre-style for large conferences and roundtables.
What A/V equipment is included in the room hire?
The National Conference Centre has in-house technical management who can help with needs from a simple projector to full conference production. Specific suites, like the Imperial and Premier Suites, feature built-in A/V and lighting solutions.
Do you offer on-site catering services?
Yes, we provide extensive in-house catering options, from coffee breaks and working lunches to formal banquets and reception catering. We can accommodate most dietary requirements; please discuss your needs with our events team.
If you need workshop venues late into the night, don’t worry. The National Conference Centre is ideally situated for your guests to attend your workshop and return to their rooms quickly once it is over. We have over 200 beds available at our company-owned hotels and a further 2,000 within a 5-minute drive, so there are plenty of rooms for your guests to sleep in. Additionally, we are close to Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Train Station, so you don’t need to worry about finding difficulty in getting to us!
