Whether you’re looking for a room for a smaller party, or you need to complete training activities with a larger group, we have what you’re looking for. Located on J6 M42, 5 minutes taxi ride from Birmingham International train station and airport – location could not be more central or easier to get to.

Our commitment to you
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.

How can I book a training room?
Booking a training room at the National Conference Centre is simple. You can submit an enquiry through our online form or get in touch with our events team via phone or email. Please include key details such as the nature of your training event, number of attendees, preferred dates and any specific rooms or setup requirements you’re interested in. We’re here to help you find the ideal space for your event.
What size training rooms do you provide?
We offer a wide range of training rooms to suit groups of all sizes at the National Conference Centre. Our training spaces range from intimate rooms for small groups to large suites that can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. Smaller spaces, such as the Crow’s Nest, are perfect for intimate workshops. If you need classroom-style seating or a theatre-style setup for a large group, we have flexible options to meet your needs.
Do you provide technical support and assistance for training events?
Yes, technical support and assistance are available for training events. We partner with trusted AV supplier Protec to provide expert audio-visual support. Our experienced in-house team and event managers are also on hand to assist with setup and coordination, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can I book a training room for multiple days?
Yes, our training rooms are available for both single- and multi-day bookings, giving you the flexibility to deliver extended programmes without the need to change location. For added convenience, we also have two sister hotels just five minutes away, providing nearby accommodation options for your attendees.
How long in advance do I need to book a training room?
We recommend booking a training room as early as possible to secure your preferred space and date. However, we are happy to accommodate bookings from as far as a year in advance to as late as the day of the event, subject to availability.
