I wanted to write to you to commend a member of staff at your conference centre. My husband and I travel extensively for our work, presenting in conferences and to corporates on an international level. It is rare that we experience the level of service and dedication to excellence displayed by Steve Gifford. He really is a credit to your organisation.

We always receive a great service from the National Conference Centre based at the National Motorcycle Museum, from booking dates with Steve, arranging final details with Dan all the way through to the team on the day who continually do a fab job.
We are always happy to book with them as we know we can rely on them to provide the brilliant service that we expect.


Best Christmas food

We held our work Christmas Party 2016 at the NCC and everyone agreed it was the best Christmas food had at a party. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and really added to our enjoyment of the evening. The organisation was excellent and made the party flow smoothly, a fantastic host venue from our initial enquiries through to the evening itself, I would recommend without hesitation.


We look forward to returning

We recently hosted our Annual AESIN Conference at The National Conference Centre on the 2nd of October 2018. We have now hosted this event at The National Conference Centre for three years in a row and this is due to the terrific venue, helpful staff and all-round brilliant location.
The venue itself made the conference run smoothly as the building was easy to locate and it was extremely efficient to get around. This was then complimented by the staff from the National Conference Centre. All staff members were extremely helpful and attended to our needs throughout the day of the event, this was vital in making the event run smoothly. Finally, we enjoyed some excellent food from the start of the day all the way to dinner.


This is the eighth meeting we have held at the NCC

Thank you for providing the facilities for the Annual General Meeting of the 61508 Association on the 16th November 2016.

This is the eighth meeting we have held at the National Conference Centre and, once again, your standard of care and attention to detail have been exemplary. In addition to the facilities, some of the delegates commented on the high quality of the buffet lunch. I am confident our continued use of the National Conference Centre is assured, and I look forward to our next meeting with you.

This was a great venue, easy access and centrally located, for 30 people from all over the UK. Lots of parking and a comfortable room. We were impressed with the service we received from the event team. Their attentive approach and quiet efficiency meant that everything we needed was there and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great central location

We recently held our sixth National Training Event at the National Conference Centre and used the Britannia Suite, Manxman room and Compton room. The venue itself is in a great central location and the size of the rooms meant that we were able to adapt the layout to suit our needs. All of our attendees were impressed with how attentive the staff were and with the overall organisation of the day. We would like to thank all of the team for ensuring our event was a success and look forward to holding further events at the venue in the future.


The conference was a huge success

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP) had the pleasure of holding our inaugural staff conference at the National Conference Centre in January 2018. The venue, which has a national profile, suited our needs –easily accessible from various locations, able to accommodate an audience of 800 plus, parking, AV facilities and a professional yet relaxed setting with catering and dining area and breakout spaces for professional networking.

The conference was a huge success and staff had a positive experience.

This was the third straight year we hosted our Midlands Regional Event at the NMCM. As ever the venue is reliable, very professionally run on the day, the staff are courteous and always available, the food is first-rate.

Our instructors find the venue very interesting and being able to wander round afterwards is an added bonus

NCC staff are friendly and professional

We have used the National Conference Centre (NCC) for several trade events, including our inaugural PPMA Conference in May 2019. The venue provides a professional, yet relaxed atmosphere. It also lends itself well to high-brow speaker and networking events. NCC staff are friendly, professional and go out of their way to assist when and where they can, which makes for that added-value business experience. We will definitely be using the NCC for the PPMA Awards dinner later this year.

A big thank you to all the staff involved for making my job just that little bit easier as an organiser.
