Our team will work with you to arrange coach transportation to and from any hotels in the area, to get your guests to their beds. For those who have enjoyed the night a bit too much…we have taxis on site to get them home safely.

As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.


For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.


You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.
