Birmingham Exhibition Venues
Whether you need only a small space or you’re hosting a much larger event, we’re bound to have a room to suit you, inclusive of the facilities you require to create a truly memorable event. Our above-ground-floor exhibition rooms include jumbo lifts to ensure that you can easily implement anything you would like into the room.
Access for build
Our exhibition spaces are designed to make show builds easy. With all ground floor rooms having direct access from the carpark and the Imperial suite having a purpose built jumbo lift, your stand builders and stand holders access could not be easier or quicker.
Outdoor exhibition venue
If you want to expand your show to outdoor stands we have 204,000 sqft of space, including open fields and hardstanding ground.
Our commitment to you
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.

How do I hire an exhibition venue at the NCC?
Hiring an exhibition venue at the NCC is straightforward. Simply get in touch with our dedicated team, who will help you create a tailored plan based on your exhibition. We will take into account the number of stands, their size and the overall layout.
We offer a range of flexible event spaces to suit exhibitions of all sizes. For large-scale events, the Britannia Suite can accommodate up to 1,800 guests and around 40-50 exhibition stands. Our experienced team has successfully supported a variety of exhibitions across sectors such as healthcare, catering, IT equipment and car launches.
How far in advance can I deliver exhibition materials?
We recommend scheduling deliveries for the same week as your event, ideally between 10am and 4pm. This ensures everything is safely stored and ready for setup.
What notice is required for delivery arrangements?
Please contact us with your delivery details as early as possible. Advance notice helps us prepare the logistics and make sure everything runs smoothly. All collections should be completed within 48 hours after your event.
