1. What room size do I need for my seminar?
This depends on your expected audience and preferred layout. We offer medium and large seminar rooms ranging from small group setups to spaces that hold up to 700 in a classroom configuration. Our team can recommend the most suitable room based on your numbers and seating style.
2. What equipment is included in the seminar rooms?
All seminar spaces come fully equipped with everything you need for presentations, including large screens or projectors, speakers, microphones and connection points for laptops. Additional technical equipment can be arranged if required.
3. Are your seminar spaces accessible?
All public areas, meeting rooms and seminar spaces are accessible for attendees. Our large rooms which are more suitable for seminars are on the ground floor making our rooms easy to access. Please let us know if you have specific accessibility requirements.

6. Where is the NCC located?
The NCC is conveniently situated just off Junction 6 of the M42, only a 5-minute taxi ride from Birmingham International train station and airport. It’s an incredibly central, easy-to-reach location for all attendees.
