Wedding Packages

We are open with our prices, providing a wedding package for all budgets. Our dry hire rates start from just £29pp with an initial deposit of £2,000. Wedding packages include:

  • 3 course seated menu
  • Bar, food service and lay up staff
  • Cake table, stand and knife
  • Dance floor and stage space
  • Expert event management
  • Private dressing room
  • Red carpet and ropes
  • Room hire from 6am to 12am
  • Tables and chairs with a linen lay up

Capacity

We ensure our venues have enough space to accommodate all your guests, be it a small family gathering or a large affair. The National Motorcycle Museum also provides plenty of space for ceremonies, welcome breakfasts and prayer rooms.

We cater for all weddings, with a range of versatile and diverse suites available. RSVPed guests will have a guaranteed seat, with a large car park and the potential for 1,800 guests in the reception depending on the venue.

We provide state-of-the-art facilities and offer decorating services to give you an amazing backdrop for photos and videos. Upon arrival, stepping through our revolving doors into our marble reception, our event staff will escort your guests to the venue.

The Imperial Suite

Our outstanding Imperial Suite conveys ‘wedding’ more than any of our other venues; this suite is home to countless weddings. With its fitted LED lighting, crystal chandeliers and a connecting door to the Trafalgar Suite, it’s not hard to see why!

The Britannia Suite

Our sumptuous Britannia Suite boasts a traditional design with intricate white ceilings and an abundance of natural light. This venue also offers a blackout feature, soundproofing and a connecting door to the Manxman Suite. Located on the ground floor, this suite is suitable for disability access.

Whether you choose conventional wedding food or desire something a little more eccentric, our chefs can make it. We have experience creating a variety of decadent dishes, complete with:

  • 3 course menu of your choice
  • Corkage for alcoholic beverages and soft drinks
  • Cutlery, crockery and glassware
  • Food and drink service staff
  • Linen tablecloths and napkins
  • Tables and chairs for each guest
  • Wine waiters and servers

If you require traditional food and drink from your culture, we will do our very best to provide it on your wedding day. We can serve breads, dips, fruit platters and more dishes close to home.

Arrivals and Parking

We are located off the M42 in the West Midlands, boasting excellent transport links to and from the airport, railway station and bus station. We are just 20 minutes away from Birmingham’s city centre and 5 minutes from Birmingham International by car or taxi. For more information about getting here, visit our location page.

Also included in your wedding package is a parking attendant and vigilant security. We ensure arrivals and departures are easy, whether a guest is arriving late, leaving early or is there on time.

Your guests will be guided to one of our free 1,000 parking spots. We can also accommodate electric-charging and accessible vehicles. As you walk to our venue, you have the option to walk across our red carpet with ropes for a glamorous entrance.

Entertainment

Music is essential on your wedding day, which is why every single one of our venues offer high-quality sound systems for your entertainment. If you want a break from dancing, feel free to make a speech or invite a performer while you rest.

We utilise an expert in-house tech team that will set up and run state-of-the-art equipment throughout your wedding. If you require a projector and screen, or video and audio recording, make a request to your wedding coordinator.
