Our commitment to you

 

We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.

 

As soon as your event is confirmed you will receive an email from your dedicated event planner, who will support and work with you in the run up to your event to ensure that all the necessary arrangements and details are in place.

 

For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.

 

You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.
