Looking for the ideal space for smaller business meetings? At the NCC we have two versatile rooms designed to suit groups from 14 to 48 delegates.

Medium Meeting Rooms
For meetings, training sessions, or workshops that need a little more space, our medium rooms at the NCC provide flexible layouts with classroom or boardroom style seating. Here are our medium to larger meeting space options below with the capacity information:

How can I book a meeting room?
Booking a training room at the National Conference Centre is simple. You can submit an enquiry through our online form or get in touch with our events team via phone or email. Please include key details such as the nature of your training event, number of attendees, preferred dates and any specific rooms or setup requirements you’re interested in. We’re here to help you find the ideal space for your event.
What types of business meeting rooms do you provide?
We provide a variety of rooms and suites in different sizes, suitable for both small and large groups. Our spaces include boardrooms, team-building areas, interview and training rooms, as well as hybrid rooms equipped for video conferencing.
Do you provide technical support and assistance for training events?
Yes, technical support and assistance are available for training events. We partner with trusted AV supplier Protec to provide expert audio-visual support. Our experienced in-house team and event managers are also on hand to assist with setup and coordination, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Where are the business meeting rooms at the NCC located?
The NCC is conveniently situated just off Junction 6 of the M42, only a 5-minute taxi ride from Birmingham International train station and airport. It’s an incredibly central, easy-to-reach location for all attendees.
