1. What equipment is included for presentations?
All presentation rooms come with large screens or projectors, a high-quality sound system, microphones, and easy laptop connectivity. Additional equipment – such as extra microphones, lighting, staging or clickers – can be arranged on request.
2. Can you support hybrid or virtual presentations?
Yes. We can provide equipment for livestreaming, video recording or hybrid events so remote audiences can join your presentation. Let us know your requirements and our technical team can help with the setup you need.
3. Do you offer technical support during the presentation?
Absolutely! Our in-house technicians at the NCC can assist with setup, equipment testing and on-demand support to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
4. Is catering available for presentation events?
Yes! We offer refreshments, lunches, and full catering packages that can be served before, during, or after your presentation. Dietary requirements are always accommodated. Please speak to a member of our team who can discuss your requirements in full.
6. Where is the NCC located?
The NCC is conveniently situated just off Junction 6 of the M42, only a 5-minute taxi ride from Birmingham International train station and airport. It’s an incredibly central, easy-to-reach location for all attendees.
