We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.

 

As soon as your event is confirmed you will receive an email from your dedicated event planner, who will support and work with you in the run up to your event to ensure that all the necessary arrangements and details are in place.

 

For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.

 

You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.

The NCC caters to events requiring vehicle access, technological support, and indoor and outdoor space. Prioritising accessibility, the NCC ensures every room is fully equipped with accessible toilets, no-step entrances and exits, bespoke audio enhancement services, and facilities for assistance dogs.

How do I Know What Type of Room to Choose for My Celebration Event?

Once you’ve determined your guest list, visit our Room Finder. There, you’ll find detailed information regarding the number of attendees each of our rooms can accommodate, their unique features, and our recommendations for their ideal use. 

When you find a room you like, explore our virtual tour to see a 360° view of your room of choice. This will give you an idea of the feel of each room, its size, and the possibilities for your celebration event, without setting foot in the venue.

You are always welcome to contact us to learn more about our rooms and book an in-person meeting to see it all for yourself. You’ll be guided by an experienced event organiser who will offer recommendations, discuss each room’s suitability for your celebration event, and explain how your event will look with us. 

What is the NCC’s Process for Booking Meals and Does This Differ for Special Dietary Requirements?

The NCC’s process for booking meals is incredibly simple and does not differ for special dietary requirements. Firstly, express your interest in catering in your initial enquiry form, and the expert banquet chefs at the NCC will follow up with you. The event organisers will take care of the room, and the quintessential brigade of chefs, led by Executive Chef – Steve Price, will work with you to create a tantilising menu for your event

Our largest suites comfortably seat 720 guests, with smaller alternatives available for a more intimate gathering of up to 60 people. Whether you are hosting a large gala dinner or a private event, our highly experienced team will lead the way to an unforgettable dining experience. Our food hygiene rating of 5 is a testament to our ability to eradicate cross-contamination. Whether dietary requirements are allergenic or preferential, we take every request seriously.

Does the NCC Require a Deposit to Secure a Booking?

The NCC requires deposits of 25% of the total contracted costs of public or private events (or £500 including VAT, whichever is greater). The outstanding balance of the anticipated total price must be paid no later than 5 working days before the event is due to commence. Provisional reservations are available, which do not immediately require a deposit. But a down payment must be made no later than 14 days after your provisional reservation begins. We will thoroughly discuss the nature of your booking, the number of guests, and any additional facilities you may require to calculate the total cost of your event. This will inform the deposit total, which you will receive complete transparency on before we send an invoice to you.
