Our 2 largest suites, the Imperial and Britannia, offer over 25,000 sqft of pillar-less, fully flexible space between them. These 2 event suites can be used in singularity or in conjunction with each other and can be combined with another 20,000 sqft of space with our interconnecting rooms.

Our event spaces are designed to make your production needs easy. Our highly experienced in-house AV management team are here to deliver any level of AV needed, from a simple projector and screen – all the way through to a full conference production.

Our commitment to you
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.

Do you offer small meeting rooms as well as large event spaces?
Yes, we do offer small meeting rooms for more intimate gatherings at the National Conference Centre. Our Wardroom, for example, is ideal for boardroom-style meetings of 2 to 14 people. It’s perfect for interviews, training sessions and small meetings.
How much of the event do you organise?
We can organise as much or as little of your event as you need. Our experienced events team can take care of catering, setup, décor, tech support and on-the-day coordination. We also have trusted external caterers and suppliers we can recommend. If you have your own suppliers, we’re happy to support you where you need us. Our staff are committed to delivering an exceptional service. If there are any last-minute details, our team is always ready to help make it happen.
How early do we need to start planning an event?
For larger events, it’s ideal to plan 6 to 12 months in advance, as this gives you the best choice of dates and rooms. Smaller events can typically be planned with less lead time. However, no matter the size of your event, we’re flexible here at the National Conference Centre. Contact us and we’ll discuss availability. We’ll always do our best to fit you in.
