We wanted brides and grooms-to-be, and parents alike to have first-hand experience of the venue. As you may know, there is nothing more important than being able to visualise your wedding day. Not just the size and layout, but atmosphere too.

Couples had the chance to meet and interact with a variety of wedding vendors in one place. Establishing a personal connection with the suppliers can help to judge your compatibility and professionalism. Our wedding expert, Arun, hand-selected the very best suppliers for the event.

Our wedding showcase’s main goal was to provide inspiration. It highlighted the latest wedding trends and innovations, providing fresh ideas for the event. Overall, it was a great opportunity for couples to meet our team and vendors, and see how the services work.
Not just that, but our coordinators ensured it was an enjoyable experience for all. To make it feel even more like a wedding, we offered many visual and interactive activities, such as:
- Demonstrations
- Live entertainment
- Presentations
- Traditional food and drink
In addition to our vendors, the National Conference Centre offers two astonishing wedding venues in Birmingham. One being the Britannia Suite, with a capacity of 500. While this room provides plenty of natural light, the Imperial Suite has stunning architecture, with a capacity of 700.
We also understand how important it is to save on your wedding where possible. If you are interested to know what special offers we have available, don’t hesitate to contact our team today.

Not only does our annual wedding showcase provide the opportunity for vendors to advertise their luxury services, but helps prospective brides and grooms plan their big day.

Our wedding showcase could not have been a success without our lead, Arun. With that, here’s his reflection of the event:
“We saw numerous confirmed brides attending to book their weddings, as well as couples who were provisionally booked before the showcase, attending to finalise their plans on the day of the showcase.
Thanks to meticulous planning and long hours of effort, the event went exceptionally well, with everything going smoothly as planned in-house. Suppliers were in such demand that we had to implement a waiting list for any potential dropouts. We’re already in talks of planning next year’s wedding showcase.
