We serve hearty, homemade food freshly prepared on site by our skilled chefs. Our flexible menu selector allows you to create the ideal catering experience for your event, with delicious options tailored to suit all tastes, dietary requirements, and the needs of your delegates.

Please select your menu from the sections below. Should you wish to add on additional items, we would be delighted to arrange these at a supplement of £5.50 +VAT per item per person.

Starters

Choose one starter to serve to all of your guests
  • Salmon and avocado mousse, tomato and cucumber salsa, wholemeal toast
  • Mozzarella and tomato salad topped with Parma ham, balsamic dressing
  • Trio of melon, pomegranate and strawberry coulis
  • Cream of carrot and coriander soup
  • Stilton and broccoli soup

Main Courses

Choose one starter to serve to all of your guests. All served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
  • Breaded lemon chicken breast filled with roast peppers and cream cheese, tomato herb sauce
  • Poached chicken breast filled with spinach and chorizo sausage, chervil sauce
  • Pan fried chicken breast with asparagus, cream tarragon sauce
  • Roast chicken breast sage and onion filling, thyme sauce
  • Pan fried pork medallions, honey and mustard sauce
  • Braised lamb shank in red wine thyme and rosemary sauce (£2.50 supplement)
  • Pan fried salmon steak, with asparagus and cream dill sauce

 

Vegetarian Main Courses

Choose one vegetarian main course alternative. All served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
  • Vegetable tian on a roasted red pepper sauce
  • Vegetable moussaka with cheese sauce, parmesan shavings
  • Roasted asparagus wrapped in yellow and green courgettes with a sundried tomato sauce
  • Pithivier of vegetables with wild mushroom sauce

Dessert

Choose one dessert to serve to all your guests.
  • Toasted baked Alaska vanilla custard sauce
  • Caramel ripple cheesecake butterscotch biscuit toffee sauce
  • Passion fruit tart mango Chantilly summer berries
  • Warm pineapple and red cherry sponge vanilla custard sauce
