For complete peace of mind, the venue is supported by two Rolls-Royce backup generators, ensuring uninterrupted power and flawless delivery, whatever the circumstances.
Connectivity
Stay connected with fast, reliable WiFi throughout the National Conference Centre. We’ve invested in industry-leading technology to ensure seamless connectivity across all conference suites, breakout rooms, and public spaces—supporting hundreds of devices per room and thousands across the venue.
Our high-speed internet is delivered via a dedicated leased line, with flexible bandwidth to suit your event requirements. Behind the scenes, advanced infrastructure including Ruckus access points, Cisco-managed networks, and fibre-linked systems ensure consistent performance.
For added resilience, we provide failover connectivity, real-time monitoring, and 24/7 support. Many of our main rooms also offer 3-phase power, giving you everything you need to run even the most technically demanding events with confidence.
Production Access
All ground floor rooms have direct production load in and vehicular access from the car park area. The Imperial suite benefits from a dedicated jumbo lift capable of taking everything up to a midi sized van.
