The Britannia Suite
The Britannia Suite is our largest training room. It holds 750 in classroom configuration and 1,400 in theatre style. The column-free floor on the ground floor gives your training team a flexible space with no awkward layouts to work around.
Natural daylight keeps the room feeling fresh throughout the day. Full blackout is available for presentations and video content. Drive-in access from the car park makes it easy to bring in equipment, materials and production kit ahead of the day.
For large department training days, company-wide induction programmes and national training events, the Britannia Suite is the right size with the right facilities.

The Imperial Suite
The Imperial Suite holds 700 in classroom configuration and 1,300 in theatre style.
For senior leadership programmes, board-level away days and high-profile training events for professional associations, the Imperial Suite is a great choice. The adjoining Trafalgar and Waterloo suites work well as breakout spaces for smaller group sessions running alongside the main training session.

The Premier Suite
The Premier Suite is a column-free ground floor room with 367 m² of space and natural daylight. It holds up to 250 in classroom configuration and 400 in theatre style. It is a practical, well-lit room that works well for mid-sized training groups, skills workshops and interactive sessions that need flexible furniture layouts.
It sits next to the Britannia Suite, which makes it a good option for large training events that need a main room and a separate breakout or workshop space running at the same time.

AV & Technology Support
Our training rooms at the NCC has built-in AV equipment. For training events with more complex requirements, the NCC works with trusted AV partner Protec and has an in-house events team on site throughout the day. They handle setup, test everything before delegates arrive and are available to resolve any issues quickly during the session.

Our Hotels
For multi-day training programmes or delegates travelling from further afield, the NCC has two sister hotels within a short drive.
Manor Hotel Solihull is five minutes from the NCC in the village of Meriden. This 4-star hotel has 112 bedrooms and the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill.
Windmill Village Hotel, Golf and Spa is 15 minutes away. With 105 bedrooms, a golf course, gym and spa, it is a comfortable option for delegates staying overnight during multi-day training days and workshops.

Our training spaces range from intimate rooms for small groups to large suites that can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. Smaller spaces, such as the Crow’s Nest, are perfect for intimate workshops. If you need classroom-style seating or a theatre-style setup for a large group, we have flexible options to meet your needs.
Do you provide technical support and assistance for training events?
Yes, technical support and assistance are available for training events. We partner with trusted AV supplier Protec to provide expert audio-visual support. Our experienced in-house team and event managers are also on hand to assist with setup and coordination, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Can I book a training room for multiple days?
Yes, our training rooms are available for both single- and multi-day bookings, giving you the flexibility to deliver extended programmes without the need to change location. For added convenience, we also have two sister hotels just five minutes away, providing nearby accommodation options for your attendees.
How long in advance do I need to book a training room?
We recommend booking a training room as early as possible to secure your preferred space and date. However, we are happy to accommodate bookings from as far as a year in advance to as late as the day of the event, subject to availability.
