The National Conference Centre offers seminar venues in Birmingham for groups of 2 to 1,800 delegates. We have 13 flexible rooms, in-house AV support, on-site catering, 1,000 free parking spaces, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. This allows us to accommodate everything from small, focused sessions to large seminars with multiple speakers.
Our seminar rooms are available in theatre, cabaret and classroom configurations. Our central location next to the NEC, combined with free parking and easy motorway access, makes it simple for your delegates to get here from across the UK.

The Britannia Suite
The Britannia Suite is our largest seminar room. It holds up to 750 in classroom configuration and 1,400 in theatre style. This room is the best choice for large seminars and multi-speaker industry events. The room sits on the ground floor with natural daylight and full blackout facilities. For healthcare organisations and professional bodies running annual member seminars with exhibition space for sponsors alongside, the Britannia Suite handles both in the same room.
The Imperial Suite
The Imperial Suite holds up to 700 in classroom configuration and 1,300 in theatre style. It is an Art Deco room with crystal chandeliers, a grand staircase and built-in production AV. The adjoining Trafalgar and Waterloo suites are available as breakout spaces for smaller group sessions alongside the main seminar.
The Compton & Manxman Suites
The Compton and Manxman Suites are two flexible rooms that work well for medium-sized seminars and workshops. Each holds up to 400 in theatre style and 250 in classroom configuration. They sit on the ground floor next to the Britannia Suite. This makes them a good choice for seminars that need a main room and a separate breakout or workshop space running at the same time.

As a corporate seminar venue in Birmingham, the NCC sits in a category of its own. A dedicated event coordinator manages each booking from enquiry through to the day itself. We have an in-house AV team who can support and operate the technical side so you don’t have to rely on an external AV supplier.

The NCC Day Delegate Rate starts from £38 and covers everything your delegates need for the day in one fixed per-person price.
A standard Day Delegate Rate includes:

Our in-house specialists provide everything from simple setups to full-scale conference production, including sound, lighting and staging. With extensive experience and backup power systems, we ensure reliable, professional delivery every time.
Accommodation for Seminar Delegates
For multi-day seminars or delegates travelling from further away, the NCC has two sister hotels within a short drive.
Manor Hotel Solihull is five minutes from the NCC in the village of Meriden and Windmill Village Hotel, Golf and Spa is 15 minutes from the NCC. This close proximity is a great option for delegates staying overnight.
