The Ballacraine
The Ballacraine Suite, located on the lower ground floor and accessed via the main marble reception, is a versatile space for meetings and events. Ideal for combining conferences with dinners or receptions, it features elegant mirrored columns, a private bar, and flexible layouts for up to 130 theatre-style or larger receptions.

The Balcony
The Balcony Suite offers a light, airy setting for meetings, with an L-shaped layout that can be easily adapted to suit your needs. Located on the first floor, it features natural daylight and a wraparound balcony overlooking the gardens and countryside, creating a refreshing, scenic backdrop for productive sessions.

Crow's Nest
The Crow’s Nest is a self-contained meeting room located above the museum entrance, offering a quiet and private setting away from the main venue floor. Ideal for confidential discussions, one-to-ones, interviews and small team meetings, it accommodates up to 54 in cabaret style and 25 boardroom-style. It’s a focused and no-distraction space for meetings that need full concentration.

Booking a training room at the National Conference Centre is simple. You can submit an enquiry through our online form or get in touch with our events team via phone or email. Yes, technical support and assistance are available for training events. We partner with trusted AV supplier Protec to provide expert audio-visual support. Our experienced in-house team and event managers are also on hand to assist with setup and coordination, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish.
