Access for build
Our spaces are designed to make show builds easy. With all ground floor rooms having direct access from the carpark and the Imperial suite having a purpose built jumbo lift, your stand builders and stand holders access could not be easier or quicker.
If you want to expand your show to outdoor stands we have 204,000 sqft of space, including open fields and hardstanding ground.
Our commitment to you
We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.
