The National Conference Centre boasts some of the largest dining spaces and banqueting suites in the Midlands – with 2 suites that can each accommodate up to 1000 for dinner at any one time. Not only for the large, but also for the medium to more intimate dinners and private parties, the venue has numerous other rooms available ranging from the Balcony room with its private external balcony ideal for up to 50 guests, rising to the Bracebridge – ideal for up to 250.

Located on J6 M42, 5 minutes taxi ride from Birmingham International train station – location could not be more central or easier to get to. Our team will work with you to arrange coach transportation to and from any hotels in the area, to get your guests to their beds. For those who have enjoyed the night a bit too much…we have taxis on site to get them home safely.
With over 2,000 rooms in the immediate vicinity and our own 2 company owned hotels within 5 minutes drive, we have your accommodation needs covered.

We will acknowledge your enquiry within 4 hours and you will receive a detailed proposal for your event within 24 hours.
As soon as your event is confirmed you receive a dedicated Event Planning Manger, who will support you in the run up and visit you on the day to ensure all runs smoothly.
For the live days of your event, you will have dedicated operational point of contact to ensure the successful delivery of your event. These guys and their teams make the magic happen.
You will receive your final invoice no later than 5 days after your event and any queries will be responded to no later than 2 days later.
